We are Tom and Lisa Quinn of Quinn Properties, LLC.
We are a local company doing business right here in
Cecil County, Maryland. We are 1986 graduates of
Elkton High School where we met.
We've been buying, selling and leasing property for
investment since 1998. Our goal is to provide our sellers,
buyers, and tenants with the highest level of service they
can expect.

Sierra Bouchelle
 Sierra grew up in Cecil County, graduating from Rising Sun High School in 2005. She also began her career in real estate in 2005, working for Ardent Title Company. She became a licensed Settlement Agent in 2006, and broadened her real estate experience by abstracting land titles and conducting real estate settlements. She continued as a Settlement Agent through her educational career at Goldey Beacom College, where she graduated in 2009 with a B.S. in Business Administration, Concentration in Management. She furthered her education in 2010, following up with a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.), also from Goldey Beacom College. She has extensive experience within the community as a 4-H Alumni and Volunteer. Sierra's friendly demeanor, business background, and experience in the current real estate market are an asset to Quinn Property Solutions.
Justin Quinn
 Justin is the oldest son of Tom and Lisa Quinn, working for the family business since he was 16 years old. He graduated from Rising Sun High School in 2007, where he was an accomplished student athlete. He pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship from Towson University in just 3 years, where he graduated with honors in 2010. During his educational career at Towson, Justin interned for MacKenzie Commerical Real Estate, broadening his experience in the real estate field. Since graduation, Justin has dedicated himself to improving the family business, involving himself in all aspects including repairs and renovations, as well as administrative responsibilities. Justin's thoroughness and strong work ethic are strong factors in the success of Quinn Property Solutions.
